Upcoming Summer 2016 Courses

Well, it may seem as if the current semester just got underway. But – ready or not – it’s already time to start thinking about which courses to take Summer Semester 2016. Course schedules for each Western campus can be found here: OnlinePortlandSan JoseSacramentoSeattle.

During the summer, along with many core program course offerings, Western features a number of unique intensive courses and electives. Some of the summer offerings are hybrid courses, meaning that they are open to students from more than just one program (e.g., both Th.M. and D.Min. students).

Guest professors who are teaching at Western’s Portland campus this summer include Dr. Tom Schreiner (The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) and Dr. Marc Cortez (Wheaton College).

A sampling of some of these upcoming summer courses, arranged by date, is provided below. Be aware that these courses often fill up fast – so it’s wise to register early if you want to be guaranteed a spot.
